What does it take to turn an ambitious policy goal into a real-world outcome? Emanuela Cebert has spent 15+ years finding out.
From knocking on doors in battleground Florida on Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign to advising Google, Meta, and Amazon on AI and data privacy regulation across roughly 15 states, Emanuela has built the coalitions and strategies that move policy from idea to impact. As a Senior Vice President at RXN, she led multi-state and federal advocacy campaigns. At MGM Resorts International, she aligned governments, communities, and corporate leaders across the U.S., Japan, and the UAE around more than $10 billion in investment. And at Access Health CT, she helped more than 500,000 Connecticut residents get healthcare coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
Join us for an interview-style conversation on how public affairs really works behind the scenes, what it takes to build coalitions that last, and what’s coming next as AI and data privacy rules take shape.
